Mentoring and coaching are two effective ways of developing skills with the minimum of intervention to the working day. These two subjects are within the new Learning & Development Awards, and can be offered as stand-alone packages.

For the busy individual who is expected to give presentations, Elizabeth Training is able to offer a one-day course `Presentation Skills’. This course builds on current knowledge and skills, is practical and helps to promote confidence.

We are also delighted to offer `Train the Trainer’ courses to staff having a responsibility to train others within the workplace. Perhaps you have a member of staff who regularly inducts new employees or who gives instruction in vocational areas?
